Order Has been in pretrasit for over a month

I still waiting. This is unreal and completely unfair. I really think I lose my money this time. Unbelievable

They are literally showing up with no advance notice, so don’t give up hope, it’s so strange that I went on a buying spree getting every candle I thought I needed, in no particular order, but not even kidding they showed up in the order I was to use them, there was a wait of course, I really just didn’t even think about it, the packages start showing up, I stopped emailing and then I got a response.

@SMS I ordered on August 13th and I think it just arrived today. I emailed a couple of times and they assured me that it could arrive this week or at the latest next week.

I will be sure in a couple of hours. BTW: I didn't get a notification or email. It was just shipped out. I am not expecting anything else from Fed Ex.

It is unfortunate the way the new system processed the orders but looks like everyone is finally getting their items.

@LC Monyaé How long did you wait for a reply? I sent an email about a missing item last Thursday the minute I received my package and haven’t heard back. Just wondering what the average response time that you experienced. Thank you!

It was a while, maybe 3 weeks... I noticed that one of the shipping addresses didn’t have my house # which didn’t make any sense because I ordered through my business PayPal, I notified her right away, however she replied after it was shipped and said she would take care of it, when she got it back.

@LC Monyaé oh wow, 3 weeks for a response? ok, i shall try and be patient. everything in my order was good except it was missing the DA xl oil, which is the main reason i ordered the DA candle lol. i was so excited to get my package too. alright, i'll give it more time before sending another email. thank you!

They do or otherwise I wouldn't have mentioned it. I got bit my packages after emailing I got a response then they showed up without tracking 7/31 n 8/13
