Hi so ive been trying for months to get a answer from the email provided for order issues and no response..... does the email even exsist? I need to change my address because im no longer at home and need it shipped to where i am
Love even if you can’t get in touch with her you can forward your mail through the post office and you can get your package to where you are. Easy fix 🤗
When you say months???? Are you sure by now the order hasn’t shipped to your old address? Are you signed up for the FedEx app? You can set notifications and ask them to hold and redirect packages for you.
I mean as in ive sent emails before asking a question and no response now i have sent the same question plus this question about changing the address before it gets shipped out so i can receive it here in Ontario instead of Alberta so hopefully someone sees it and actually respond back
This order hasnt shipped out yet so thats why im asking because when i hear ppl getting a response im like damn! Lucky! Yes in canada its fedex or ups that my orders from lala come last time it was usps which transferred to canada post and because its considered international they always say as a recipient we cant change the address only the shipper can ! Lol so hopefully I get lucky and someone respond from the issues department 😇😇😇

I wish in Canada 🇨🇦 we dont get that option it has to come from the person who is sending it... you in the us are so lucky
Download the fedex app and have your packages schedule for you to be picked up and not delivered.

I usually put order issues in the subject area and they answer me all the time and were very pleasant and helpful.
Also, reach out to FedEx. They are able to ship to one of their locations or Walgreens for pickup.
Try putting URGENT in the subject line. They have been very good at replying to me. I hope this helps.
