If you want, but Quantum Supreme in general forces anything you want in your favor quickly so 5th pos is not necessary when u can just petition with just QS as it's multi purpose..Quantum Supreme Law is specific to law uses & will force things to go in your favor quickly in relation to law related stuff..I made the mistake of using crossroads & QS as it does basically the same thing as crossroads so now I only have a little bit of crossroads.
