I’m being charged a extra $15 for a 2day shipping when paying through PayPal. Has this happened to anybody else? If so why? and how can I fix the issue?

It’s not a separate fee. It just says it on a different page as well. It happens all the time for me and the price charged is always the amount on the conjure site.

BTW: Not that you asked but You should have ordered another something and used her Aries code.Buy 2 get one free. But I thought I was dropping some money which I have but ya'll big spenders. LOL. I never paid attention to the postage. The post office is on their way out of business. I think 15.00 is very reasonable. I get a huge discount with fed ex and I couldn't mail my Mom next to nothing for the size od LALA boxes for 15.00.

I don't think you're being charged twice. I think the system is just showing you the shipping charge differently on this screen.

I'm over 20 orders in. PayPal everytime. Never overcharged.

@GingerSpirit when I’m on the conjure site my $15 for shipping is added when I’m checking out. When I checkout to PayPal to complete the transaction it’s adding another $15.05 for USPS FLAT RATE (2 business days) . Why is that? When I used to use my debit bank card it never charged me that.

I get charged $15 though the conjure website then another $15 through PayPal 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ before me using PayPal I would only get charged $15 ☝🏽 time but now that I’m using PayPal this has happened to me 3 times 😩🤦🏻‍♀️ I could use that for more of LaLa products 🤨 lol

3 XL candles will be $21.10 and for 3 regular sized candles (the smaller ones) is going to be $15.05

@Sade I ordered 3 conjure candles the other day (Saturday) and it was $15.05! They are all one size!

It’s shipping and handling. Handling is obtaining packages and dropping it off at the post office. These candles also come in glass containers and are heavy. Lala could also be using flat rate priority mail, which I think is the case. “If it fits, it ships.” She probably got two types of boxes, each coming with their own fee to ship.

Yes absolutely, my candles come in a priority box. And I haven’t received a damaged package yet. Lala work and diligence is worth every wait, every dime and every $15 shipment

@Dominik We know what shipping and handling is. We’re vets here 😂 At first the shipping and handling fee was $13, now it’s $15 & $21 but she shouldn’t be charged twice.

@JenniiPooh I don’t mean no disrespect! I’m sorry if it came off like that! I think after all she wasn’t charged twice. I read through the thread. Either way, I’m sure PayPal can resolve the issue if she emails then and says that shipping was already paid for.
