I bought a SUSTAIN candle in October of 2022 and received a blue candle with glitter on it, and the 4th Pentacle of Jupiter on it.
You them sent me a blue candle in a black jar with nothing on the jar. No SUSTAIN Pentacle on the jar. Not my fault that both times I was sent something I didnāt order. Never was I given the options to send it back at your cost to replace with what I paid for. I still have not been compensated and/or received the candle I bought. I have sent pictures and videos of my orders letting customer service know what happened. Itās been 7 months and still donāt have my SUSTin candle. I even asked if they could sent me the sticker sonIncan put it on my candle. Itās been months now that I donāt even get a response. So I spent my money on a candle I really need and want but did not receive it. I have sent emails since Nov 2022 - the communication just stopped ā¦ basically Too Bad! Non of my order confusion was due to my negligenceā¦ a wrong address, etc. My order was just not processed with the candle I ordered. Even the replacement candle was not correct. Which wa unbelievable since it was. Correction order. And unfortunately never made right. Still no SUSTAIN candle in my hands. š¢
Yāall just dont order through the wix app. Just go straight to theconjure.com and order that way. Iām telling you it will get rid of a lot of headaches.
I perfectly understand. I ordered through the wix app and wasn't able to add my apartment number. I sent a message and pray for the best...
She's sent my order to the same address every time. My order has been in pre shipment since April 29th. I blame usps. They already said we may have our mail delayed
