As of right now I'm just using the spelled candles. I noticed with the conjured candles they have the name of the person you should pray to. But is there anyone specific for the spelled candles? Or can I pray to God or the universe?

I pray to God, and the spirit on the seal.
For spelled candles, you pray (which I say universe) and then go from there. Lala has already "spelled" the candles with the intention meant for the candle, so just pray and speak with dominion.
For spelled candles, you acknowledge the spiritual deities and ancestors you usually work with and talk to.
I Normally burn my sage and thank the spirits for taking out my work, thanking my ancestors etc..(for spelled candles) There is no specific name...but I would say look it up
