Hey kings and queens! I know we are experiencing some really tough times right now so I’m trying to play a trivia game with everyone to help cope with people who have anxiety and overall cope with fear. Trust and believe we will overcome all of this!! Now back to spiritual trivia 🥰 What are these beautiful leaves called, used for and what are the benefits from it?

Write what you wish to manifest on the leaf imbue it with your intent by visualizing what you are wishing to manifest then burn the leaf. (That’s the simple version you can definitely add to this and do something more drawn out to make it more ceremonious and personal to you if you wish)

Yes Queen you can write things you wish to manifest or banish on them and burn them to call things into you or to rid yourself of something. You can put a bay leaf under your pillow or in a dream pillow to help with dream recall, you can burn them with sage for protection, you can crush them up and burn them on charcoal as incense for stress relief, I’m sure there is something I am forgetting you can do a ton of things with them so they are definitely a good thing to have on hand.
