If unhex is burning now u can not light another candle until 3 days after it's finished.

So future reference you have to light them both at the same time if you’re doing two that could be lit

It can be but I would do them separately and layer them. Finish unhex and layer it with 2nd pentacle of Mercury.

Here’s to clear up your confusion, you can light them together but Mercury’s day is Wednesday, and I would finish unhex separately especially if this is your first and if this your time conjuring.
