Can this candle be used to make two people stop talking to each other ? If so would you put the people that you wanted to stop talking to each other under the candle ? Please help

I would do one person at a time. With spelled candles that I am using for someone else, I typically say their name and birthday 3x into the flame, after I light the candle and before I would begin chanting "Stop talking about Bob" or "stop talking to Bob" (however you want to word it) for at least three minutes straight. I would wait until the next day to do the other person.
