Okay well I wish you luck & I hope the new job you get pays better & the work environment is fair & peaceful..In my experience HR has been useless I had a manager where multiple ppl made complaints & they were still able to stay there, she even made threats on ppls lives nothing done but karma had been paid to them in other ways though..
