If I want to use the 5th of Mercury to open roads and work with other conjure candles, I noticed on the Papa Legba card that it suggests we may sometimes need Papa Legbaโs permission to access and work with other spirits. My question is: Would I need to petition Papa Legba first to grant me access or permission to effectively use my other conjure candles?
