Remove someone from a home!?

Greetings,

I have a family member that has passed recently, and someone who is not blood related to the person that passed (whom he did not trust with his assets) has moved themselves into his home unannounced.

My family who is blood related to the person who passed has only been giving a verbal agreements for rights to everything, unfortunately there is no will in place (we’re working with lawyers now) but what is the best candle and process for me to get them out of his house and away from what he has left behind for us?
