So I contacted route on Sunday because one of packages from the conjure that was out for delivery was never delivered. The rep gave me several options including replacement and refund. Within an hour my request was completed. Contact route for order issues, this is why you pay for it.

Yea, I did the samething. Now I'm waiting for my package. I didn't want a refund.
