You use a picture of the target you want and the person you are trying to separate them from. You cross their pictures in an X shape and write the names DOB and location if you know it, in the back of the pictures
You get a picture of them both if you can tear the picture apart set the pictures on top of each other one facing up and one facing down. Or if it’s separate pictures of them do the same. Then write the petition follow the instructions in the booklet on invocation.
