Has anyone shipping ever said “ Estimated time arrival not provided “ on the route app before?! What do this mean
The order says in transit underneath ETA not provided, so that’s why I believe it has already shipped. The carrier has it, but it’ll change to that status when they are having delays.

It could also mean your order hasn’t shipped yet
That they can’t give you an estimated time on when your package will actually arrive. Delay may have come about.
