Hey guys I wanted to hop on here to ask a couple questions that maybe some of you will know the answer too. I placed 2 orders on January 19 and I finally got the notification on Friday that the first one is getting shipped. Okay fine, I’m excited! For my second order (eriss) I emailed Lala about three times to change the address and I haven’t gotten a response yet. Does anyone have the actual email for order inquiries or should I wait till it says “shipped” and try to hold it at a pick up? P.s the first order that was shipped says “expected delivery Tuesday 16” (tomorrow) but it still says “created label” since Friday.

Sometimes you won’t get a response. Sometimes they will just fix it. During the last sale, I ordered through the Wix app for the first time and wasn’t able to put my apt number onto it. I e-mailed both addresses weeks apart and I didn’t get a response from them. I had forgotten about it after a while. But when my packed shipped it had the correct address on it. I have the fed ex app so even if they weren’t able to change it. As a backup plan. I was prepared to call fed ex with the tracking number, and see if I could fix it with them.

Yes it does. I just got the notification of the updated delivery date on my first order. Just waiting for the second now 😭
@FutureTrophyWife♋️ It will always say Expected Delivery and will show a box. You’ll notice it’ll change to Scheduled Delivery when it ships, and the box will change to an arrow, and then your date will be updated. Hope this information helps you. ✨
I haven’t gotten the shipping for the second order (placed on the same day). But when I do I’ll give it a shot
I would suggest you download the fedex app and have them to hold your packages for pickup. That way they will not be delivered to the wrong address.
