I feel I should post this. Please make sure you are home when you receive notification of your package coming. It’s very hot outside which may lead to you candles and eriss melting. If your candles melt it’s not the fault of Lala and her team, it just means your candles were left outside too long under heat. When you receive an email of your package coming, make arrangement to be home that day. The heat in some states are very high at this time so your candles should not be outside for too long.

The back of those trucks are 100 plus degrees. They are not air-conditioned, so with orders sitting for days everything melts. My husband works for UPS and he recorded a temp of 130 degrees one day in the back of the truck. Lala just changed the shipping to 1-2 days instead of smartpost which takes days. I have no problem with the soufflé's melting, the problem is when they leak out everywhere.
I agree sadly some that I have seen have been there to get right from the post man/woman and once open they are melted also 😕
