When she got a pin noted on top in big bold letters about the delivery. Plus some of y’all be forgetting that we are still living in the middle of a pandemic. She also did say that you will most likely receive your order before the email. Please be patient drink your wine and meditate it’s worth the wait 🥰💜. It’s one thing if your order hasn’t been shipped for a month then yes please contact again but most people get frustrated within a week and a half it’s crazy .... she also sends shipping updates in email if packages are gonna take awhile he also updates on IG and in her stories
My May 9th order was missing a candle and i emailed and today i looked and it’s already on her way to me. I only emailed her once because I know she’s busy and I know I’ll eventually get my candles.
I don’t know how she does it lmao ... i would be so frustrated and starts refunding people who repeatedly ask about their orders.
