YES! I only have a shower. It’s a cold water outdoor jungle shower. The water comes out like how it does on a hose, so no sprinkling, full - on pours out. They still work!!!!!!! I would shower like normal, then coat myself in the salts , pray/chant, rinse, air dry. They work so well I ordered all of them.
