Hi everyone! Can someone explain to me (sorry I’m new & learning) why I would choose one over the other? I know some already come heavily spelled, and the other you use the seals to conjure spirits. But I also see that each type performs similar magic (ie, healing, love, binding, etc) - is this based on a level of comfort or expertise? Just asking while I await my own candles fo arrive, as I ordered a combination of both and want to make sure I use them right and respectfully.

Spelled candles are hoodoo and the conjure candles are Solomonic magical, these are two separate methods
I plan to get there one day but right now I can’t be sleeping with one eye open 😭
There are slight differences with respect to what each candles represents. For example think of it this way; With the two spelled candles Halo vs crossroads, while Halo removes blockages, it’s for cleansing. Crossroads is for opening roads where blockages once previously were. Similar but different purposes.
This also applies to Spelled vs conjure. Its similar but different purposes. Spell is you doing the work with the angels etc already within the candle, conjure is you requesting for the spirits of the specific planet themselves to do it for you and giving them a mission sort of speak using Gods seal to invoke. Now granted...your chant for spelled candles is you manifesting it yourself..your petition for conjure is you requesting the spirits to manifest it..Each candle will bring about spiritual presence. With Conjure you are invoking them. Like they are showing up looking at your ass and I believe that’s why you dismiss them when you’re done lol.
This is where layering comes to mind. If you wanted prosperity you’d utilize good fortune. That would be the spell portion of you attracting prosperity but then you would add a conjure part like 3rd pentacle of the sun, etc. Then you would do more work outside of lalas candles to hone your power of manifesting that prosperity. But most of all it is also about a level of comfortability. Some people aren’t comfortable with conjure. Some probably want to just use Ahari to manifest any and everything and utilize their own power. Some probably want to discover Their spirituality and power through 5POJ and then they’ll know that the power exist within them to manifest the life of their dreams. Some want to learn everything so they are ready so they never have to get ready. That’s what I’ve gathered from this through studying.
