Well I try not to do too much too soon to avoid majick fatigue and magic hangovers. But there are some spirits that make me restless one every way when I try to slow down or kinda take a break form majick..

I set it and forget. I have faith in Lala’s products because I’ve seen them work. If something doesn’t workout I usually I feel like the timing is not right or I haven’t put in enough work on my end. @Perfexion those are some wonderful suggestions.
I was never able to find a NON magikal way to not be anxious or worry about movement but I noticed that once I used 1st POSATURN on myself to meet a financial goal I noticed I was able to "Set it, and forget it"right away. It just happened to be a byproduct of my intention. I also have alot less anxiety and negative thinking patterns overall!
I listen to healing bowl meditation music on YouTube daily and double induction affirmations as well . Has definitely been very beneficial!
Meditate and gratitude journaling. I write it as i already have and repeatedly tell the universe and god how thankful i am for
That we are master manifestors and we literally been manifesting without realizing. We have power and whatever we want we can have! it’s ours. So i do my work and literally forget it. I learned to live in the end. If i ever catch my myself spiraling or thinking negative i flip my thoughts and say my affirmationes.
I set it and forget it. Find something else to occupy your mind. If you really feel the need to do something then utilize the power of certainty and start making plans for your desire. Like if you are trying to get a job, make plans for your job, like map out your route to work, pick out some new clothes for your first day, tell your family and friends how excited you are to start working, etc. But I prefer to set it and forget it because waiting breeds impatience which breeds misplaced energy.
