I’m having the hardest time with the mytavawallet set up. It’s asking for a merchant ID? I’ve emailed for support but I’m still waiting so I can get started. I called tava support and the company needs to add me.

Make sure when you click manage commissions (under administration) you click on "enroll in I-payout" You have to click that first. Then it will send you an email. There will be a user name and password in it, click the link in the email and use that to log in. You will also enter your bank information and your w9 there. Also please check your email (or spam folder) for my Microsoft Teams invite. So you can ask these questions in the Team chat (not here). My assistant is there to help also. Hope this helps 🖤

Try that @Audra Dukes when you add it it should say Tava afterwards so you know you have the right company. The set up was tricky.
