Is there any candle for tenant to pay and move from your building. They were given notice to move and they have the nerv to say they will move when they are ready and still not paying
Two years and counting. Last time he paid rent, he fixed the check and my mom ended up in ER. When court date comes around she gets sick and spirits be in the house. There's gotta be a better way
@ManifestingMYlife we have had court. It keeps getting adjourned. We have filed motions and the law keeps changing. At this point, we are going to sue for the back rent and put a lien on him for 20 years.
