Today was my 1st open house to sale my house I’ve been burning my gf for 3 days. I put my house up for sale for 206,000 tell me why a lady put in a offer for 210,000 🤑🤑🤑🤗🤗🤗😃😃😃 I still have to wait to get my house appraisal but mannn. that’s crazy I’m overwhelmed with excitement right now
