Planetary hours is always based on your location at the time of the conjure, anyway. If you have an Android device, I highly recommend the app ASTRO CLOCK to help you track and know exact planetary hours for any time you're preparing to conjure. For IPhone, there are apps but all require you to pay. You can also use this website: "Planetary Hours" https://planetaryhours.net Just enter your location and the date and it will list the planetary hours for the day.
