Yall look at how my package arrived! And it looks like my candle box has been opened. Will this affect the candle? What should i do?
My last shipment was delivered almost the same way!! I don't understand how... when it boldly has Fragile on the box!! Fortunately the candles were ok and just the cartons were messed up.
This is why a lot of companies are switching to UPS! USPS suck
My last package arrived pretty bad too :( but my order was right this time and nothing was broke
Omg, that's almost how mine looked and my Power candle was completely shattered. I took pics and emailed Ms. Lala, she got back with me the next day. I've seen her say on here before not to use any broken candles. Email her and she will help you out. She's amazing with customer service. Btw, USPS just doesnt care about anybody or their packages. I hate them lol
