I got mine....it takes a little bit but with the new fulfillment you might not get an email Sign up for fedex alerts....

Once she sends them to the post office, you have to wait until the post office prints the shipping label for delivery and then you'll get your notification via email, then you can sign up for tracking but their are delays with the post office especially with it being around elections time. Be patient it will definitely come. Plus y'all are in at a good time if they are pushing orders this fast because with so many orders and even with her team working around the clock, orders wouldn't go out this fast and I've been ordering since April. Your candles will definitely come.

I never got email saying my order was on the way and I still received it I’m two weeks. The only thing is be patient and it will come.

Lala said it’s already been sent out or they are being help in customs.

I’ve never gotten a confirmation when I first ordered and I haven’t gotten one with my new orders but they all show up. You can monitor in your orders to see if they are shipped and then track the package. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Mines from the 1st has been showing as awaiting shipment since last week but the souffles from the 4th I received. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Not sure how shipping is done.

In the same boat. I know it isn't what you want to hear but just be patient, it'll come. I placed an order on the 6th as well and I received that one while waiting on the order from the 2nd. All I'm saying is, it's not lost, it isn't messed up, it'll arrive at the absolute perfect time.
