Monday was my first time working with/ petitioning Papa Legba at home on the altar I made for him along with Lala’s Legba candle. I found out I would have to travel on his day today so I had to improvise and work with the altar supplies I had available. I didn’t want to miss this opportunity to connect with him on his day. I’m still early in working with him and building my relationship but I believe these are positive signs that he is with me and accepts my offering.
