It's dipped down really deep in the middle and there's a lot of wax still on the side. Not even rings just straight wax sitting on the walls of the candles. What's going on here?

If you see it start doing this get some aluminum foil. Wrap around the sides of the candle like a candle burrito and it will heat the candle to burn all sides at the same temperature and rate. Hope this helps🖤
I had issues with 2 halo candles in the last 2 weeks as well. The wicks were drowning for both 😞
Wow my candle was just like this and not even lighting smh 🤦♀️
Mine did the same when I lit it yesterday, and it went out automatically, so I’ll try it again tomorrow.
