I would say something like: All generational curses are gone from (target if for someone else) me immediately. I am healed from (whatever you are trying to be healed from) all negativity is removed from my (or targets name) mind, heart, body and soul. Remove all evil, remove all negative entities causing harmful blockages.
Decipher/analyze your situation for each one individually, then come up with a chant. You can also combine the chants for unhex, halo, and healing that’s within the booklet as well.
