What ingredients do you use when you cleanse. I've heard so many things

But spiritual cleansing baths are so good for you too - Florida water, sea or Himalayan salt (which is ancient sea salt), plus I add Epsom salts to be good for your physical body (might as well do it all at once, right?). You can add bath safe herbs with qualities you want...maybe in a muslin bag to make clean up easier. I like to add a drop of essential oil, but I think you aren't supposed to actually put it on without a carrier oil. You can even enchant a bath product you already have with intent through your hands. You can put Florida water in shower gel...

A lot of people put Florida water in their mopping water, too. Plus, there is sage etc for smoke cleansing. And house sprays, especially if you can't smoke cleanse! I put Florida water into some all natural lavender house sprays my mom makes at her work. Lavender is antibacterial as well. Also put your intent into something like a house spray. You can hold it in your hands and move the energy through then into the bottle while telling it what you want it to do..."you will clear negative energies, you will bring peace into my home).
