If you are not drinking enough water (lot’s of water) to flush it out or are drinking it on an empty stomach it you will have a hard time! The key is to eat as clean as possible (no required, but helps) and drink about 20-30 min after a meal. Also drink lots of water through the day because if not the tea will sit on your stomach with no where to go and the gas will accumulate in your stomach making it cramp and cause constipation. You have to stay hydrated for a smooth process!
