Which candles to find great tenants?

Hi all, first off Happy Mother's Day weekend to all the moms, grandmas, aunties and caregivers who make a difference in our lives :)

I was wondering which candles would you use to attract quality tenants to your property? I've been burned before with folks who either don't take care of my home or think paying rent is not a priority. In my arsenal I've got GF, Sire, Intense-GF combos, a bit of Mars and a bit of Crossroads left, and my Eriss Ahari, Power & Guardian, on top of many others I can't think of at the moment. How would I tailor the chants to keep out the riff-raffs and to protect my home? And last question - what other rituals are recommended in addition to the candles? Thank you!
