Hey guys! Hope all is well. I’ve sent countless emails and even tried to contact Lala through the forum and DM but she’s super busy which of course is understandable and she receives high volumes of emails. I’m legit in my 3rd shipment of candles but with my 1st shipment I received the wrong candle and I’m not sure how to go about getting the correct candle because the candle I received I’m not using and I don’t want to re-order the candle I was suppose to receive originally. If anyone else has had this issue please let me know what I should do... Thank you in advance ☺️

I am in a similar situation. I have a second order that isn’t correct. One was very expensive. But I heard from someone once. I have probably sent 30 emails 🤷🏽♀️
Resend the email to orders@the conjure.com and Cc lala@theconjure.com. Once I did that she responded to me. Good luck!
