Yall I'm so excited.

So I managed to snag some candles for the last sale, and I got a notification yesterday afternoon that they went into pre-shipment. Obviously, this is exciting just by itself. But I found out within a couple hours that my former employer laid off a bunch of people in the company, and it just so happened to include 6 people who specifically wronged me during my time there... Who have a long history of unethical behavior in the workplace, but it was well-known that they had senior management wrapped around their fingers and would never be fired for conduct. (I'm talking sexual harassment, bullying, discrimination, etc - but it was a very political corporate environment and some people are "invincible." About 10 minutes ago, I ran into another former employer for a small business I worked for last year (angry dude, huge ego, very low emotional intelligence and has no place running a business) on tinder (don't judge 😂). I sent a screenshot to my friend (who also worked there and just got fired after reporting sexual harassment from a client), and she told me that the shop had apparently just been broken into and had the cash drawer emptied. I didn't even buy a revenge candle and I feel like I'm seeing all sorts of karma swooping in on my enemies. Super weird chain of events.
